Specialists in Advanced Processing of Sensor Data

Space Computer Corporation solves information-processing problems associated with advanced sensor systems. Our specialty is the full exploitation of hyperspectral sensor data. We have developed a suite of real-time and off-line hyperspectral processing tools that optimize the timely evaluation of advanced sensor system data. These tools have been incorporated into customized hyperspectral processing applications for various governmental, commercial, and industrial organizations. See our systems section for more information on the integration of SCC's data analysis and visualization tools into customized applications and system-specific hardware.

We also provide comprehensive hyperspectral training programs for our analysis tools, our custom applications, and sensor systems utilizing our software. Our highly successful customized training programs ensure instructional validity by rigorous application of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) model.

Featured System

ARCHER is a hyperspectral data collection, analysis and visualization system that was developed for the US Civil Air Patrol (CAP). ARCHER combines leading-edge HSI technology with advanced real-time data processing capabilities. Using ARCHER, CAP realized significant gains in their mission capabilities for:

list item Drug interdiction
list item Disaster evaluation and relief
list item Homeland security

SCC developed a custom application to process, in real time, HSI data from the ARCHER sensor suite. SCC designed and fabricated a custom timing and triggering subsystem that saved CAP more than $250K over the original hardware design. SCC also provided full, comprehensive training to the CAP operators, who are all volunteer members with varied backgrounds and little to no previous experience with sensor systems.
